Quan Hapa reopens in OTR with a new experimental menu

Quan Hapa, an Asian fusion cafe serving Downtown Cincinnati and Over-the-Rhine introduced on Fb yesterday that it is reopening.

The restaurant temporarily closed its doors in January amid some COVID-19 pandemic concerns. In a previous post, the restaurant stated that many staff customers contracted COVID-19, prompting them to near the restaurant. They also cited a will need to re-workers and regulate menu choices as a cause for the hiatus. 

Now, Quan Hapa is again with a new concept for its consumers. In accordance to the submit, the restaurant’s new menu will be geared toward “lighter bites, hoping new items, and afterwards nights.”
